About
Gjusta began in fall 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and pantry items for our restaurants Gjelina and GTA, but quickly grew to be much more.
Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market created to serve market-driven, seasonal food to our community. Our menu, space, and offerings change as we go, evolving with the seasons and the needs of our neighborhood.
Gjusta sources nearly all of its fresh produce directly from our long-standing relationships with Southern California farmers, and most of our meat and seafood is sourced from local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops. We shop at five farmer’s markets throughout the week and receive deliveries daily.

Gjelina Group creates hospitality experiences delivered from a place of purpose, with simplicity. Named for founder Fran Camaj’s mother, Gjelina opened on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in 2008, serving locally-sourced, produce-forward food and becoming a staple in the Venice community. Since then, our businesses have evolved with our neighborhood — with our menus guided by conversations and long-standing relationships with Southern California farmers, local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops.

Hours
Our hours of operation are 7:00 am–4:00 pm daily.
MANDATORY SERVICE CHARGE
A 20% Mandatory Service Charge is added to your check for dining in and a 15% charge is added for takeaway orders. Our belief is that every hourly Gjelina employee contributes to your service and 100% of the MSC will be distributed amongst them.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed inside or on the patio. Working service dogs are allowed in accordance with ADA guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
