Gjusta began in fall 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and pantry items for our restaurants Gjelina and GTA, but quickly grew to be much more.
Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market created to serve fresh, seasonal food to our community. Our menu, space, and offerings change as we go, evolving with the seasons and the needs of our neighborhood.
Gjusta sources nearly all of its fresh produce directly from SoCal farmers and most of the meat and seafood from local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops. We shop at five farmer’s markets throughout the week and receive deliveries daily, ensuring we always have fresh product. Our relationships with our vendors are paramount in both supporting our local community and working to enact positive change in our contemporary food system.
Our all-day menus are available both for dining in at Gjusta as well as pickup and delivery. Many of our market offerings can also be included. Order online or call us for the most up-to-date inventory.
We offer next-day delivery of our market offerings — pantry staples, bakery bread and pastries, farmer’s market produce, butchery meats and cheeses, wine, beer, and more. We deliver across most of Los Angeles, from Malibu to Silverlake, Topanga to West Adams.
A $5 delivery fee applies for orders under $100, there is no delivery fee over $100, nor is there a minimum charge. Delivery fees currently differ for the Valley and DTLA.
